Paraphrased from their website...

The RG370DXL comes with a wizard II neck (25.5 scale neck) which is 2mm thicker than the super-flat Ibanez Wizard. The material is Maple. The body is of basswood and makes it easier to play for extended periods since it is lightweight wood. You also get a good balance of high and low notes -- Something between what you'd get from alder and mahogany. It is quite easy to play leads and chords thanks to the 24 jumbo frets. And because the finger board is made of bound Rosewood, you get a bright sound along with an attractive appearance. You have an Edge III bridge. And even though you won't get Floyd Rose quality from the Edge pro 3, it does its job quite equitably. For pickups you have: IBZ INF3 (H) Neck PU; IBZ INFS3 (S) Mid PU and IBZ INF4 (H) Bridge PU.

Pure Opinion...

You can see that Ibanez did NOT take any shorcuts on the RG370DXL in order to cut costs. They really did take their time in making sure this was built right. You can see evidently that this one was built to stand the pressures of gigs and travel.

You can bend all the notes you want without the fear of having your guitar out of tune. It typically does NOT require as much tuning as other guitars in its class. And the neck is quite good and easy to play -- NOT too thin and NOT too thick.

It's up to you to decide whether you want your tremolo bar to stay put or swing freely. However, it must be noted that anyone who's NOT used to a guitar with a double locking tremolo system might find it a little hard at first (If this is you, find someone who's used to stuff like this and you should have little problems).

Take it from me, you'll be hard pressed to find a left handed guitar that will deliver a lot more than this unless you are willing to spend something in the neighborhood of $1000. Ibanez did NOT make the mistake of building a guitar for lefties with parts for righties. They went the whole length to ensure that what you get is the mirror image of the regular version.
